WiFi @ Best Buy
You know that Best Buy ad where the marionette puppet walks into the store and gets a hard-on when he learns about their wireless internet gadgets?
You know, the one that was cute for the first five times but now makes you wretch with fury each time you see it? Or maybe that's just me.
In any case, I really wish they would make it go away. Particularly now that they're slapping on additional advertising to the end of the spot. I can't stand when ads get repurposed long after they've gone stale. It's classless. It's the equivalent of wearing the same fetid clothing every day for a week -- except for changing your hat each morning.

LOL! I can't get enough of that commercial. I saw it a couple of nights ago after months of not being able to catch it on the air. I'd love to know where I can buy one of those cute marionettes that look just like the one in that commercial.
What's the song that plays in the background when the marionnette runs across the lawn holding his wireless laptop. Please help. My hunsband and I are losing sleep over this thing.
I don't want to sound all soft and all...But...I too, can not get enough of that ad. I even went to Best Buy asking if I could get anything with his picture on it, but there was nothing. Eventually I wrote to Best Buy asking them if there was anything I copuld get with the puppets image. A couple of weeks later I got a phone call from one of the ads creators. He said there wasn't anything available with the puppets likeness. However, he did direct me to a website called modernpuppet.com that had a whole bunch of stuff about the puppet, as well as the commercial and another video with him. However, after a few months the website changed (I'm not sure if it's back or not, but I doubt it). Also the puppets name is Wayne.
